Description:
Beretta M1951
Condition: This Beretta M1951 is an excellent example of a pre-92 Beretta. The frame is stamped “PS”. From what I could find, this appears to be Italian State Police stamping. It is also engraved PW ARMS of Redmond, Washington which is the assumed importer. This Beretta M1951 is in very nice condition. Slide and frame have matching serial numbers. The safety, trigger and slide release all function as they should. The metal of the frame and slide show very well. There are a few dings on the frame below the barrel that can be seen in the pictures. Both the frame and slide retain 90 + percent of their original finish and show no pitting or corrosion. The exterior of the barrel on the right side shows minor pitting that appears to have been addressed at some point and the finish on the barrel has been doctored where the pitting was cleaned. The barrel bore is shiny and bright and it is stamped PM. The grips are factory originals and in very nice condition. All three magazines are in very good condition as well. It was field stripped and cleaned to be photographed.
SHIPPING: Shipping is 35.00. Insurance is 10.020. Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Signature Required and must be insured for their full value.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and USPS postal money orders. Credit Card Payments are through the Gun checkout system. This will add 4% to the total for credit card payment. Applicable Sales Tax will be invoiced, it is collected by Gun and is non-negotiable.

FFL: The Homesteader Arms & Ammunition cannot accept a picture of your or your dealers FFL. The FFL copy must be a scanned clear printable copy.
Curio & Relic: This applies to C&R Licenses as well. The C & R License copy must be a scanned clear printable copy.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE:
Handguns: Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Signature Required and must be insured for their full value. Shipping rates vary from 35.00 and 45.00 depending on the size of the box. USPS Insurance rate is 1.70 per 100.00.
High Value Handguns: High Value Handguns with a value of 1000.00 or more require shipment via USPS Registered Mail. It costs more but it is very secure. Insurance is the same USPS Insurance rate of 1.70 per 100.00.
INSURANCE:
Insurance will be included in the shipping quote unless otherwise specified in a special case . It is up to the buyer to pay the cost of insurance. Insurance is billed in 100.00 increments over the first 100.00. There are no half or quarter increments.
EXAMPLE: A handgun shipped USPS insurance rate of 1.70 with a 1250.00 value would require an additional 1150.00 in insurance. 12 increments of 100.00 1.70 x 12 = 20.40.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
We go to great lengths to ensure no shipping damage occurs due to improper packaging. All items shipped will be insured and we will fight to get the insurance paid in the event any damage occurs. We are NOT responsible for any damage caused by these third-party shippers (UPS, USPS) and we will NOT refund any money upon receipt of damaged merchandise. WE WILL make every effort to make the responsible party pay the insured amount in the event something is damaged.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 3 day return privilege on used firearms if misrepresented. The only reason for a return is if not received as represented in this . The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame.
In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping so please ask questions BEFORE making your purchase.
New firearms are sold with no return as the manufacturer warranty applies. Any problems or issues would be covered by the factory warranty, directly through the manufacturer.

We do not test fire our firearms unless otherwise stated. We recommend that each firearm purchased in one of our s be inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use. Check your state and local laws prior to purchase.
