Looking for a classic piece of American firearms history? If you're looking for an exceptional addition to your Harrington & Richardson or Top Break revolver collection, then this Very nice condition H&R Second model .38 Double Action Top Break Hammerless Revolver might just be what you're looking for. This is a 2nd model , 5th variation, Type 19 produced from 1916 - 1924. Serial number 168526. Serial number range from 160,000 to 190,000. Serial number indicates it was manufactured in 1916

Left side of barrel: 38 S&W CTGE
Condition: 3 ¼”” raised rib barrel with a oxidized bore and mild pitting. Front and rear fixed sights. The small parts retain original bright blue.
The metal surfaces retain about 90% of the original nickel with some very light edge wear, a couple small blemishes and very light handling marks. The original hard rubber checkered grips include the H&R target logo with a rosette around the screw escutcheons. The grips are scratch numbered to the gun and are in excellent condition.
All the correct parts, barrel, cylinder, ejector, and frame are serialized to the gun. All barrel markings are clear and legible. Barrel to frame fit is tight and mechanically works very good with very good timing and lock-up
