Description:
This beautiful wand of a Browning BSS could only be closer to new if it was in the box. Built in 1977, this fabulous shotgun sports 26" barrels choked IC/M, and a pistol gripped stock with beaver tail forearm.
This is a true 99% gun. I see no appreciable wear to the wood or bluing, with sharp crisp checkering, engraving, clean screw heads, and a bank vault tight action. Some evidence of older oil is evident, but that's about it. There is a truly minuscule and nearly invisible scuff on the LH side of the grip, below the checkering, but it is difficult to find in even the best light. These are a phenomenal value, and are as about a perfect upland gun about could ask for. 3" chambers make this ideal for anything from woodcock to wild pheasant.
