Description:
This U.S. Army WWI Era M1910 PackCartridge Belt and Kit contains a pack with straps marked "L D Inc" and dated 11/18 in very good condition and is marked in two places "Charles Haff" 5B and an address on "Whitlock Ave, Bronx NYC". This pack is field used and has a hole and what appears to be blood on the bottom and back of the pack. Inside the pack is a nice issue wool blanket, labeled "GEARE" has small holes from time but in good condition. There is a mess kit bag attached to the front that contains 3 M1910 leg puttees in very good condition. This pack attaches to a very good condition belt and ammo pouches built by Long, 5/18 and 11/18 respectively. Also hanging for the pack is a very good condition M1917 scabbard marked "GF in a circle" and "J.V.K" this still has most of the original paint. On the belt we find a canteen in good condition marked "U.S. ACA1918" and a 6. The canteen cover is marked "POWERS 1918" with BKY 398 30 stamped on the other flap. This is a very nice collection of WWI equipment which is names and ready to complete.;
