Description:
A very nice, original J. Stevens 44 1/2 falling block rifle. Serial number 2792 chambered in .22lr. with a 24" half octagonal barrel. Case on the reciever is in very nice, vivid condition, with some light usage wear on the edges. Butt shows case but is dulled a bit. Blueing is nice, with some light wear and scratches, especially near the muzzle. Stock and forend are in very nice condition with normal wear from usage over the years. Bore is very nice. Action works smoothly and locks up tight. Email with any questions, for more pictures or to make an offer.
