This Browning Hi-Power (often referred to as the BHP or FN GP35) is a classic single-action, semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9MM Luger. It was originally designed by John Moses Browning and Fabrique Nationale (FN) in Belgium beginning in 1935. Renowned for its innovative high capacity double-stack magazine holding 13 rounds (+ one in the chamber) it offered significantly greater firepower than contemporary designs like the Colt 1911 at the time of its introduction.
