Payment Types Accepted: Check or Money Orders Description: This interesting group of Civil War items along with Civil War related items includes 1 Cartridge box of 58 caliber with an oval "US" plate on the front. The box has a shoulder strap attached that is complete with the round eagle plate. / 1 Cartridge box of 58 caliber with an oval "US" plate on the front. / 1 M1872 belt with a rectangular "NGP" buckle and a McKeever cartridge box with "NGP" embossed on the front. / 2 Leather belts with a rectangular "GAR" buckles attached. / 1 circa 1880 cross belt plate with a "27" on the front. 1 circa 1880 cross belt plate with a "69" on the front. 1 REPRODUCTION Virginia Civil War style 2-piece sword belt plate. CONDITION: both 58 cal. cartridge boxes show moderate to heavy wear with crazing, splits and losses. Belts are complete but very well used. Plates are tarnished but complete. McKeever box and belt show moderate wear. BOTH BOXXES have 2 buckles each.. The US on the "unslinged" box has been polished. It does have a NY Manufacturer stamp on inner flap, but no tins. The box with sling has untouched brass US and Eagle has 2 tins thatr are likely reproductions. The leather sling is missing one of the small straps pieces that go through the buckle and is nearly seperated in another area. GREAT for display, but should be handled with care. The NGP box and belt are in fairly good condition from Indian war usage has inner flap separated. (1870's). The box contains 3 rounds still. THE BUY NOW PRICE IS $40 OVER MY COST.
