The Savage Arms® 110 VSX Hunter XP Bolt-Action Rifle with Vortex Diamondback Scope Combo offers shooters a reliable and versatile bolt-action rifle that's well suited for hunting, target practice, or tactical shooting. The 110 VSX Hunter model comes with an injection-molded synthetic stock that allows you to quickly adjust length-of-pull from 12.75"–13.75". A factory-installed, Picatinny rail provides a solid attachment point for the included Vortex® Diamondback™ Scope. An oversized bolt handle facilitates working the action when you're in a hurry, keeping your hand clear of the optic. Savage's AccuTrigger® is user adjustable to obtain a light, crisp release with no creep. A lever mounted within the trigger body blocks the sear unless the trigger is intentionally pressed in the center, reducing the risk of a negligent discharge. The medium-contour barrel is fluted and threaded for attaching aftermarket suppressors or muzzle brakes. The basic bolt design assures that the locking lugs fully contact the receiver, holding the headspace to a minimum every time the bolt is locked. The Savage 110 VSX Hunter Bolt-Action Rifle utilizes a detachable magazine to facilitate loading and unloading, and the 3-position safety allows the chamber to be loaded and unloaded with the safety engaged. .30-06 Springfield
