This is a very good example of a military Peabody rifle in .43 Spanish. The barrel retains about 70% faded blue finish. Receiver has good case colors remaining. Action is crisp and tight. Bore is very good with sharp rifling. Stocks are in very good antique condition, with scattered minor handling marks. Sharp cartouche on left wrist. Includes 50 new .43 Spanish cases. $1400 + Shipping.
