The left handed Chapuis Iphisi represents the entry to the market of well-built and properly-regulated double rifles in African calibers, this example being a trim .375 H&H (belted) with 26” barrels. The 9.3lb average weight coupled with nicely tapered barrels lends the rifle a nimble feel while still absorbing plenty of recoil for the follow up shot. The gun is regulated from the factory with Hornady 300gr DGS/DGX loads, making for excellent ammunition availability. In addition to traditional express open sights with additional leaves, the quarter rib is pre-cut with removable sections to accommodate Recknagle swing-off scope bases with return-to-zero capability.
