This Sporter Model RB 1 is a "repro" inspired by the Remington rifles of the 1800s, manufactured using modern materials and methods. This one is in excellent condition, hardly fired, and chambered for the .45-70 Government. Great rifle for hunting, re-enacting, or target shooting. Manufactured in the Remington Custom Shop, sometime during the 1998-2011 time frame. .45-70 Government
