Up for sale I have an extremely rare, pre war Winchester model 64 chambered in the very illusive 38-55 cal. I have only seen 2 of these in my life and this is one of them. The other was a completely silvered out gun and it sold on for 15k. According to Bert Hartmans survey, he has only encountered 9 of these 38-55 rifles. This has to be the finest one out there and would be the centerpiece in any pre 64 lever collection. The bluing is as good as you will ever find on any 1935 model 64. The wood is very, very nice and free of any dings, cracks, or gouges, just warn from age. When I talk about investment guns this is EXACTLY what I'm talking about.
