Original 1895, Colt .38 Long, in a bunkhouse made Holster and belt This holster was made from an old pair of chaps. Hand cut and hand laced along the main seam. The workmanship is not that of a professional leather worker, in fact I would say it maybe the first holster this cowboy made. He mated it with a hardware store belt, bullet loops that hold .38 Long Colt cartridge and his prize possession a 1895 Colt Double Action Army with a 6 inch barrel perfectly The leather is fully alive and would give another century of service or just to display, with his Colt . The Colt has been fit perfectly with a pair of handmade stag grips. The belt measure 40 inches from the buckle to the center hole.
