Description:
Marlin 1894 cbc in 38 special. This gun was in production from 2002 until 2005. I believe this gun was made in 2002 using the serial number. It has a 20 inch tapered octagon barrel with deep cut Ballard type rifling. Marbles sites,case colored receiver, lever, and bolt. it has been factory tuned to meet the demands of competition shooting. This is a JM stamped Marlin! this gun has been shot, but very little. Blueing is excellent. The wood has a few issues, not something that cannot be fixed. Look at this photos of the stock where the tang meets the wood on top and bottom. There is a small hairline crack on the top and the bottom coming from the metal to the wood. The forearm has a few handling marks. This is an extremely hard to find Gun. Very collectible.
