we present a guaranteed original US Springfield 1899 Krag Carbine barreled action. This Carbine is listed in Springfield Armory Carbine serial number range. Also note that the barrel timing marks are matched and the barrel is correctly proof "P" marked. The bore is excellent and 9/10 mirror bright with excellent rifling. Has a great Carbine "issued" look. Your chance to buy an original 1899 Carbine. You'll need your choice of a stock and rear sight. Restore to a 1899 Calvary carbine, or make a hunting sporting rifle.
