I have Four (4) Boxes Winchester Super X 150 Gr.Power Point, Twelve (12) Boxes Rimmington Express Core Lokt and Two (2) boxes: Remingon express Core Lokt.
All Unopened and Carefully Stored
Description
This ammo was purchased between 2007 and 2009 with USA manufactured primers. Not Chinese.
All ammo is in new unopened boxes of 20 rounds each. Always stored in an air-tight plastic case in a Humidity and Temperature-Controlled Environment... Buyer pays for shipping and insurance costs. Ammo is located in Florida, Shipping outside of Florica is at sellers descresion.
Reason for selling:
I just sold my M1 Garand Springfield Rifle and I don't have any other rifles chambered for 30:06 This is the only reason that I am selling. Per above: Shipping within Florida is preferred, however, I will ship to some other states that do not have regulations prohibiting this transfer.
Conditions of sale:
Abiding by and meeting any and all: Local, City, State and / or Federal Regulations, regarding the purchase of ammunition. Is the responsibility of the buyer. Or buyer’s representative. All ammunition is as purchased and delivered to me. I have fired ammo from these same shipments, without issue. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect any and all ammo before firing.
Documentation of the Transaction
The Buyer must have a valid Driver’s License. And complete the Florida Individual Persons: Firearm & Ammunition Transfer Disclosure Document. Not sure if it is needed for every sale? But it only takes about 5 minutes to complete.
There are a few states where the Seller will only ship to an FFL License Holder? For any and all transactions and if you are in one of these states? An FFL Holder must notify the seller and provide a copy of the license, prior to shipping. Regrefully this is just the way it is.
