This Browning 42 is a right-hand pump action shotgun in .410 Gauge. The barrel is 26 inches long, vent rib. It is chambered in 2 1/2 - 3 inches with a Modified flush mount choke. It has a bead front sight. The forearm is checkered hardwood. The stock is a smooth hardwood pistol grip with checkered side panels, and a cap. The butt plate is textured metal.
