Despite its age, this revolver is in very nice looking condition with minor wear and tear consistent with age. Whether you're a firearms collector, a history buff, or just looking for a unique piece to add to your gun collection, this H&R top break revolver would make a nice addition.

Condition: 5” raised rib barrel with a lightly frosted bore , minor spot pitting , and still showing very nice rifling.
The metal surfaces are very good and still retain much of the original nickel with some flaking and finish loss mainly on the rear of the barrel and receiver.. Please judge from the photos. All the correct parts are serialized to the frame. The black checkered hard rubber target logo grips rate about very good with the color fading to brown. The top-strap markings remain very crisp and legible.
Barrel to frame fit is very tight with good timing and lock-up. Mechanically the action functions normally in double action but will not hold in single action. Probably missing a trigger sear spring. Not safe to use in single action. The hammer when pulled back will not hold and if released will fall and discharge that loaded cylinder.
