An Early Ornate 1800's Elgin Pocket Watch With An Officer On His Horse Holding His Sword Up Like He Charging Forward On The Face Of The Case In Its Original Wood Case All In Nice Condition! The watch is in nice working condition and is made 1870-1880. It is in a fine case which is fully engraved on both sides. The interior of the watch is very nice and clean throughout. It has fine Elgin Works inside. The glass cover over the watch hands is cracked and needs to be replaced. This can be done very easily. The watch keeps good time when wound. The watch fits perfectly in its original wood case. This watch definitely belonged to an officer.
