When John Olin wanted to have the title to the strongest side by side shotgun in the world, he went to work and got it done.  The Model 21 is an American icon, and its reputation is well deserved.  A strikingly handsome gun with the finest steels, gunners in the know have utilized this Winchester in the field and at the club to shoot thousands of rounds without failure.   Most double gun enthusiasts are aware of the reputation earned by the Winchester Model 21; a gun of mechanical genius that was under the micromanagement of John Olin himself.  With only 30,000 produced (compared to 250,000 Parkers!), any high condition Model 21 is a valuable, investment quality firearm.   Crafted in 1956, this exceptionally gorgeous gun has some of the most highly figured flame Walnut I have ever seen on a 21.  With decorative scroll engraving, beavertail forend, and double bordered hand-cut checkering, this gun will catch the attention of every shooter at the club.  Both sets of barrels have mirror bores, 100% blue, and tight ribs with a red front bead and silver mid bead.  The action locks up tight with either barrel.  The auto-safety, single selective trigger function properly, and the ejectors are timed.  An showcase-worthy example of one of America’s most handsome shotguns, this stunner is ready for many years of service in the field or at the club.
