Description:
Remington's 7400 series continues the legacy established by the original 740 and 742 Woodsmaster. With its gas operated semi-auto action and detachable magazine, this rifle excels in short to intermediate distance hunts requiring a fast follow-up shot. While this particular rifle has had the iron sights removed, the 1913 scope rail gives it the ability to mount a variety of optics, including modern day/night and thermal optics, breathing new life into a old workhorse. There is also a bi-pod mount added to the front for added versatility. There is some wear in the bluing around the muzzle and where the iron sights were. .270 Winchester
