This is a bespoke, ordered sporting arm, retaining strong original finishes. This drilling is distinguished by the personal heraldic crest and initials of its original owner, engraved on the top tang. The drilling features Damascus shotgun barrels paired with a fluid steel rifle barrel, reflecting the period of German gun making when the best materials of each discipline were combined. The action is secured by a Jones underlever bolting system and fitted with rebounding hammers, offering both strength and refined handling. Notably, the top tang is engraved with a Germanic crowned crest depicting an armored arm holding a mason’s trowel, accompanied by gold-inlaid initials.
