Description:
Neumann Bros Double Barrel Hammer shotgun 12 ga Bores Exc, Mech Exc, Wood Exc and decorated with carvings and checkered wrist and forearm. Has 30” part octagon and part round barrels marked warranted government test Has several proofs and markings serial#7578 and has 2 belgian proof markings ELG and a crown 1893. The receiver has engraving and marked Neuman Bros on the left side and machine made on the right also has matching hammers and iron buttplate. The stock has a large deer head carved in behind the carved grip cap. Also has some pearl inlays on both sides of the stock and the forarm has some decorative carvings. Metal overall has an aged grey patina finish with no pitting. Very clean and unabused condition and has several odd features
