Here is a very nice old Winchester with all the right features, octagon barrel, fine bore, excellent bluing on the barrel and tube, less so on the receiver which is typical of the era for Winchesters. Flat top rear sight, regular fron sight. Action works as it should. Very fine wood with 1 minor flaw. Some time in the past this rifle had a sling swivel attached to the buttstock and filled in the resulting hole (pictured in the last photo). I hadn't noticed this until today and have had the rifle for several years so it's not very noticeable. This rifle requires either an ffl or a C&R to ship. Shipping and insurance are included in the price. Please, no texts.
