This Radom Model 35, officially known as the Pistolet wz. 35 Vis, is a Polish-designed, single-action, semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9X19 MM Parabellum. It was produced at Fabryka Broni Arms factory in Radom starting in 1935, it was adopted as the standard sidearm for the Polish Army in 1936, renowned for its robust locked-breech mechanism, ergonomic design influenced by the Colt M1911 and Browning Hi-Power, and exceptional reliability and accuracy. This pistol features an 8-round detachable box magazine, a grip safety, a distinctive decocking lever on the slide (in early models), and high-quality pre-war craftsmanship, making it one of the finest military handguns of its era.
