Description:
Elaborately engraved and gold inlaid Pachmayr Upgrade Winchester Model 21 side by side shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge. Serial number (25372) suggests that it was manufactured in 1949 and was one of the approximately 30,000 enhanced by the famous Pachmayr shop between 1931 and 1959. 28 -inch blued barrels with 2-1/2 inch chambers, automatic ejectors, and fixed chokes that gauge Cylinder and Skeet along with gold-inlaid bands at the muzzles. The flat-side receiver has been altered to include false side plates with standard markings on the water table, jeweled breechface and table, single gold washed trigger with selector, and non-automatic sliding tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE" marking. The receiver and side plates are highly gold embellished with flowing floral and scroll designs, featuring gladiatorial scenes. Checkered, highly figured walnut pistol grip stock and beavertail forearm with carved fleur de lis accents, matching engraved and gold inlaid fittings, roller latch, inset black grip cap, and a ventilated rubber Pachmayr White Line pad. Comes in a fitted Plano hardcase. 12 Gauge
