Description:
The Smith & Wesson SW series of guns, more commonly referred to as "Sigma", were smith & Wesson's first attempt at a polymer framed, Striker fired pistol. Unfortunately for Smith & Wesson, the initial design of the pistol was found to resemble designs from Glock so closely that Smith & Wesson was sued for patent infringement, forcing an alteration of the design and later paid settlement. This example of one of the .40 S&W variant in in very good overall condition, with little wear and comes with the factory case.
