That is a surplus M1 round in the muzzle.. Included are: sling, M1 Carry Case, Bayonet/Scabbard, M1 Tech Manual, Buttstock Cleaning Kit with Oil Bottle and Grease Pot and 1 Bandoleer of M1 Garand ammo (48) in 6 EnBloc Clips in correct cardboard sleeves.
