New HK Mark 23 .45 ACP pistol with matching serial # B&T suppressor. FDE finish. Pistol comes with two magazines and an HK presentation case. Pistol and suppressor are brand new never fired. Manual
I would like to keep the pistol and suppresor together since they have matching serial numbers. That means, while the pistol transfer requires the usual FFL to FFL transfer proceedure, the suppresor will require your FFL be able to accept and you would need to complete the form 4 process. Good news is that for the time being you no longer have to pay the $200 tax stamp fee. I willl be shipping from my FFL who is licensed for suppressors.
