BROWNING MODEL 53 DELUXE RIFLE, .32-20 CALIBER, MADE 1990. Only 5,000 of these fine rifles were made as a limited edition in 1990. They were made just like the rare pistol gripped and checkered deluxe M-53s which are extremely rare. They were also produced without any of the later annoying safeties etc. and instead are dead-ringers for the originals! This rifle features a 22” barrel, half magazine, sharply checkered forend and pistol grip with embossed grip cap. They are also serial numbered on the bottom forward section of the receiver- where the number should be- and NOT on the side of the receiver as often seen on other guns. Finished in bright blue and stocked in fancy fiddle-back striped walnut with M-53 correct serrated steel shotgun butt plate, these are truly superb rifles. This one appears about new.
