All new gun sales are final. Used Guns may be returned within 3 days after the transfer is complete for any reason for a full refund, minus any fees, shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Used guns can be returned if there is a mechanical defect that occurs within 3 calendar days of the physical transfer of the firearm to your possession. All other reasons for returns on non-certified used guns are ineligible.
