This is a truly exceptional custom rifle built by legendary master gunsmith Al Biesen. Chambered in 7mm Weatherby Magnum and built on a left handed bolt action, this rifle represents the classic style, balance, and elegance that made Biesen one of the most respected custom gunmakers of the 20th century.
The rifle features a 24” barrel and is finished in a beautiful high polish blue. The stock is a striking piece of straight grain walnut, carefully selected and shaped in Biesen’s signature style to promote strength, minimize the potential for cracking, and manage recoil. An ebony forend tip adds both strength and visual contrast. The rifle is fitted with a checkered steel trapdoor buttplate, providing traditional styling along with practical storage for spare cartridges.
The rifle remains in excellent overall condition with only minor handling marks. The metal finish is excellent, and the bore is clean, bright, and free from pitting or frosting. Mechanically, the rifle is excellent.
This rifle is fitted with a Leupold Vari?X III 4.5–14x50 scope, which complements the rifle well and is clear and ready for the field.
