For sale is Smith & Wesson 59 double-action pistol chambered in 9mm with 4" barrel. It was designed off the Model 39 using field research and analysis reports from U.S. Navy SEALS during the Vietnam War, Smith & Wesson created what they thought would be the future handgun of the military, however it never was adopted, and production ceased. This is a real collectable firearm.
Collectors dream! The example is in the excellent, near mint condition. Bore is mirror bright with strong rifling. Metal finish is about 99%, grips are about 99%. It comes with original box, serialized to the gun, manual and other paperwork, two original magazines, tools. Even S&W wrap paper is still in the box.
