Colt M1911A1 delivered on July 24, 1942 to US Navy Supply Depot in Oakland, CA. Pistol has matching numbered slide and receiver. Correct Colt large G barrel and checkered small parts. Barrel has light frosting between grooves.
Original parkerized finish showing some patina when viewed under bright light. Likely due to servicing near salt water environment over time. Coltwood grips with hollow back and mold numbers. Colt magazine unmarked with pinned base. High edge wear consistent with holstering in M1916 style holster. Overall finish and mechanical condition are in very good shape
