Description:
This is a full and sealed box of .30 M1898 (.30-40 Krag) blank ammunition that was originally manufactured by Winchester and then re-labled at the frankford arsenal in December of 1943. The two piece buff box shows the red Winchester "W" on the lower box and has a second overlabel from Frankford arsenal with one corner neatly folded up to expose the original Winchester label below. The outer label states the cases were made by Winchester and then loaded at the Frankford Arsenal. Box and labels are in excellent condition. An interesting WWII box that belongs in any military ammo collection or to complete a Krag ammo display.
