Beautiful Factory Engraved Browning 22 Auto Grade III with original labels
The Browning SA-22 Grade III is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22?Long?Rifle and fitted with a 19-inch barrel. It features Browning’s takedown design and factory engraving typical of the Grade III configuration. The receiver displays detailed game scenes with a combination of blued steel and French grey finish accents. The rifle retains its original factory labels corresponding to the Grade III designation.
Engraving on the receiver depicts a setter flushing pheasants on the left side, a setter flushing mallards on the right, and a setter with a downed mallard on the top surface. The sighting system includes a beaded blade front sight and an elevation-adjustable flip-up rear sight. The stock and forend are made from figured wood with skip-line checkering, and the buttplate is blued steel with a checkered pattern. This SA-22 is used, showing minor handling evidence while maintaining crisp engraving and well-defined checkering throughout.
The rifle comes with its original factory box bearing Browning’s period labels. The packaging corresponds to the Grade III model and reflects the manufacturer’s presentation for this configuration.
