This is an authentic Colt M1911A1. According to the Colt serial number date guide, it was manufactured in 1944. It is in very high condition. It has very minimal holster wear. The grips are fairly sharp. It shoots and functions great.I carried one like this in the USMC over 50 years ago. I owned this gun for many years.
