Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a nice old Marlin model 1891 chamber for 22 Cal. This rifle was made in 1895 and is an antique which can ship direct to you with a copy of your ID to prove age and residency. The bore has pitting and is dark but there is visible rifling and the rifle will likely shoot very well. The rifle is complete and should make a fun antique plinker or squirrel rifle.
