McRees Precision G5 Chassis – Benchrest-Grade Rifle Platform
For sale is a McRees Precision G5 R7 LT-G5+ chassis system designed for Remington 700 short action and clone actions. This chassis is in excellent used condition and is a top-tier foundation for building a precision rifle for NRL competition, benchrest, or tactical long-range shooting. It represents the culmination of founder Scott McRee's championship benchrest experience applied to a rugged, field-ready platform.
This chassis features a fully adjustable length of pull (currently set to 13.5") and an adjustable-height cheek rest. The innovative left-folding stock allows a right-handed shooter to operate the rifle while folded for bench or prone use. It includes a 7-slot front Picatinny rail for bipod mounting, a diamond-cut textured forend for superior grip, and a storage pouch strapped to the stock. The package includes one Accuracy International-pattern .300 Win Magazine . At 33 inches OAL and weighing approximately 5 lbs 15 oz, this is a feature-rich, rigid chassis designed to maximize the accuracy of any Remington 700-pattern barreled action dropped into it.
