The floorplate opens to hold a detachable magazine. The original owner had his initials engraved on the bolt. The rifle is equipped with a Boss Muzzlebrake. Notes: Factory BOSS (Ballistic Optimizing Shooting System) provides both recoil reduction and barrel harmonic tuning for improved accuracy and tailored loads—a hallmark feature on many 1990s–2000s Browning hunting rifles.
