Offered for sale is a mid-1800s Belgian percussion musket, a classic Liège-trade export arm showing the unmistakable engraving and styling typical of Belgian gunmakers of the era. This musket remains in honest, untouched condition, with a deep attic patina throughout, making it a fantastic decorative or historical display piece.

Features include:
- Original percussion lock with Belgian foliate engraving
- Brass nose cap and iron furniture
- Full-length stock with aged, unrefinished wood
- Hammer present; lock appears complete (mechanical function not tested)
- Barrel and stock show the wear expected of a 150+ year old firearm

These muskets were widely produced from roughly 1840-1870 and exported throughout Europe and abroad.
