Description:
The Browning A5 Light Twenty is a semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 20 gauge. This example was manufactured in Belgium in 1976, the final year of Belgian production for the A5 line. It features a 26-inch barrel fitted with a vent rib and carries a modified choke configuration. The shotgun uses Browning’s long-recoil operated action and has a standard capacity of five rounds. The overall weight is approximately 6 pounds 10 ounces, and the length of pull measures 14.25 inches. Factory finish is retained throughout.
Design elements of the A5 Light Twenty include the characteristic humpback receiver profile and the lightweight alloy frame used for the 20-gauge variant. The vent-rib barrel contributes to improved sight alignment, and the modified choke provides a balanced shot pattern suitable for general field use. The semi-automatic action cycles on recoil and is consistent with Browning’s long-established Auto-5 mechanism. The Belgian manufacture date distinguishes this shotgun as part of the final production period before manufacturing shifted to Japan.

- Local pickup is available and will require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful background check.
- A three (3) day non-firing inspection period is provided on all firearms. Once the firearm has been transferred from your receiving FFL, it is considered your property and is no longer eligible for return except as outlined below.
- Shipping Damage: Firearms must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported immediately so it may be addressed appropriately.
- Listing Accuracy: Every effort is made to ensure listings are accurate. If there is a discrepancy in the listing or you believe an item was misrepresented, please contact us promptly.
- Returns: Returns are accepted with the buyer responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns for reasons other than verified shipping damage or confirmed listing discrepancies are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Condition of Returns: All returned firearms must be unfired, unmodified, and in the same condition as when originally shipped, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Ammunition, magazines, and accessories are not eligible for return.
- Legal Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in their jurisdiction. Orders that cannot be completed due to legal restrictions or failed background checks may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable fees.
- Payment Terms: Credit card payments must be made within seven (7) days of close.
- Check Payments: Checks must be mailed within fourteen (14) days and received within twenty-one (21) days of close. Additional time may be allowed for holidays.
