"SN:180512. Made in 1898. 45LC caliber with a 7.5" barrel . This gun has a smooth even dark brown to gray patina. The barrel is a well made replacement that has been aged to match. The frame and cylinder have light pin point pitting . The grips show allot of carry wear. The bore is excellent and the action works well. Accompanying this gun is a factory letter confirming the configuration. It was shipped to J. F. Schmelzer & Sons Arms Company in Kansas City, Kansas on October 27th, 1898. DALLAS LOCATION.
