"SN:108540. Made in 1898. 38 Colt caliber with a 6" barrel. This is an earlier model gun converted to a 1901 configuration and marked as such. This gun is in very good condition with 50% of the original blue finish. The grips show normal carry use. The butt is marked “US /ARMY/ MODEL/ 1901" The action indexes properly and the bore is very good.
