Description:
Mosin–Nagant M.38 in 7.62x54R. This is a bolt-action carbine based on the M1891/30 design that was produced from 1939 to 1945. They were intended for use by second echelon and noncombatant troops. It is essentially a M1891/30 with a shortened barrel and shortened stock. The M38 was replaced by the M44 carbine in 1944. No box. 7.62X54R
