I am offering this original Savage Model 1895 Antique Rifle. This is a very scarce rifle. Caliber 303 Savage. Serial number 7827. 26” half round-half octagon barrel. This rifle has a safety indicator on top of breech. Also this rifle has a unfired shots indicator. This was rare and only on some guns. In the Blue Book, the unfired shots indicator adds 150% premium to gun. This was a very early 1895 rifle. The rifle is all original except I think, the front sight blade may have been replaced. The bore which black powder was used I would call only good condition. It has quite a bit of pitting from the black powder. The entire rifle is patina, which is to be expected from a antique gun. There is a Lyman receiver sight on this gun, which is original. I would grade the metal on this rifle to be 88%. I would grade the wood on this rifle at 90%. There are no chips or cracks in the stock.

The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period.
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges. On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller. Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued. Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item. The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance. The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer. This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled. Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
