Original 1850 Harper's Ferry "Mississippi Rifle". Nice original condition. 33" barrel, brass trigger guard, patch box, butt plate, and barrel bands. This has had the bayonet lug added. Comes with a nipple protector and barrel tampion. Inside the patch box is an extra nipple and a nipple wrench. Appears to be a new nipple on the gun. Please see photos, this gun is in pretty nice condition. There is a crack in the stock on the top of the wrist which appears to have been glued back in place. Lock marked "Harper's Ferry 1850". I am recently retired and thinning out the collection so this is one that is hopefully going to a new home. Antique, No FFL and can ship direct to you. Thanks for looking!!!
