Offered is a Colt Python chambered in .357 Magnum, featuring the desirable 6-inch barrel and Colt‚s iconic Royal Blue finish. This revolver is a strong, honest example of Colt‚s flagship double-action revolver from the classic hand-fitted era.
The revolver remains in good overall condition, retaining approximately 98% of its original factory bluing. The finish is deep and rich, with the characteristic high-polish Colt blue that still shines beautifully and gives this Python outstanding eye appeal. Any minor handling marks are minimal and consistent with careful ownership.
The revolver is fitted with its original factory wood presentation grips with Colt medallions, which are in good condition, showing a few minor handling dings but no cracks, chips, or repairs. Mechanical function is excellent, with proper timing, lockup, and smooth action.
