"SN: 87782. Made in early 1863. 44 caliber with an 8" barrel. This is a very fine example of a Colt 1860 army. This is a super sharp gun that still has traces of blue and case colors. The metal mostly has a smooth dark gray to slightly brown patina. The cylinder scene is excellent. The grips are very fine with good cartouche still visible and sharp. Accompanying this gun is a period black leather flap holster.
