Description:
Belgian Browning 20 gauge Pigeon grade built in 1954. This gun is unusual in that it is double signed by Browning master engraver Felix Funken. Most Pigeon grade guns were engraved by apprentices and are unsigned. This gun has 261/2" vent rib barrels choked improved cylinder (.010") and modified (.020"). It has highly figured European wood and is finely checkered. It has 141/4" LOP over a 1/4" solid buttplate that appears to be horn. It is not marked Browning but it is correctly fitted to the stock. The drop at comb is 11/2" and at heel is 21/2". the gun is chambered for 23/4"shells and weighs 6lbs 6oz. Excellent overall condition retaining 99% of the original metal and wood finishes. It comes with a Browning Hartman luggage case. An unusual Browning for the collector or shooter. Price includes shipping to your FFL or C&R.
